I contacted Reparacion today with a major computer issue. He quickly diagnosed my problem and quoted me a price for the work. After I agreed he went to work on getting it fixed. At every step he explained what he was doing and why. This made me very comfortable. Because I had never serviced the computer the entire process took a long time but he was very patient. Best of all he didn’t feel stupid. It’s rare these days that you’ll find a business that provides excellent service at an excellent price. I plan on using Reparacion for all my computer needs!

To start off I’m so glad I didn’t go to any of the bigger repair services such as Microcenter or Geek Squad. Not only was this 100% more affordable but also way less time consuming, Rigo the tech is really the best. Not only did he solve my issue in less than an hour but he walked me through the process, step by step. If you’re having PC issues and you’re thinking about going to the big guys, STOP! Because you’ll not only get your issue solved quicker here, but your wallet will thank you as well.

I liked how fast the service was took it on mid day and by 9pm it was ready for pick up, really nice person too, really great customer service and very honest with everything he did. Overall I definitely will be recommending his services to everyone that might benefit from his services .

Highly recommended! Had a software issue on my laptop in the middle of an important online course and was able to bring it in and have it repaired that same day. Thanks to fast services provided I was able to attend the next day. I will definitely be coming back.
