I moved into my duplex on April 6, 2018, and vacated on May 24, 2019 due to family needing assistance. I loved my duplex!! The maintenance gentlemen was awesome. Any time I needed something looked at, it was done within hours. The office ladies were always very nice. I only moved out due to helping my son and daughter in law. I would have continued to stay there for at least a few more years. It really was a very good place to live.

Great place to live. Very quiet and peaceful. Great landlords. Management is great. I changed from a furnished unit to a non furnished unit. I drove from another state with a truck full with my belongings. On my way to get the key I was late, management was kind enough to stay past their business hours to ensure I get the key. For that I am forever grateful. Maintenance also great. They take care maintenance problems promptly and also follow up to ensure everything is taken care of.

(Technology is not my friend) once we we moved in, there were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, and this is where they really shine.
