Was visiting from NY and wanted to check out a gym to workout in Houston for a few days. Tony, the guy who runs the place let me check out the place on Thanksgiving (yes they’re open on Thanksgiving :) ), and it was a good time. Intimate, intense, and there’s 1 of every machine you could possibly need for a complete body workout. The best part is the accommodating, friendly staff and how it’s run as a local gym.

I really like this gym! It has a lot of space, good equipment, a boxing area, and more. It's also very clean and well maintained. I'm glad that I stopped by tonight. The owners were super nice.
