There are many plan options but you need assistance in identifying the right plan to fit your lifestyle, health situation and budget. He then pulled up a range of options, which he explained in detail. I took a day to further read through the materials, and then spoke with him again about remaining questions, all of which he resolved immediately. The options he found were well-tailored to my needs, and he saved me a monumental amount of money. Throughout the process, he was prompt, responsive, knowledgeable and often funny.
