In town for work and needed a gym to lift at. Hands down this place is great. Sent a few questions to them about location and they were super quick to respond. Arriving there, the space is clean and well cared for. The staff both days were amazing, taking time to show me the gym, restrooms and have towels for use. Lots of lifting platforms, dumbbells, kettlebells. 10/10 for me!!

Awesome gym with top of the line equipment. Clearly built very intentionally - powerlifting, plenty of hyrox space, regular strength training. Great that they can open the garage doors to let in the outside air. All around incredible, gritty lifting environment with very clean facilities - locker room/shower area, front lounge, etc. This was my first time traveling to Dallas, and will absolutely be back to HITW the next time I’m in town.

I know what you’re thinking: a gym with 5 stars?! No way. But yes, HITW is that good. This is an updated review- it has now been 2.5 years since I joined, and as I’ve gotten to know more members, coaches, and as I have increased my consistency, I am even more grateful for having found this community. Even my husband, a former triathlete, joined 2 years ago! He once told me strength training wasn’t his “thing,” but after trying classes with Coaches like Natalie, Kelsi, and Jessica, he realized that cross-training was essential for his performance, and kept showing up. Plus, you cannot beat the individualized approach to classes. Even though I do not take the Olympic classes, I can always count on Redd, Brook, or Kyle to give us feedback on our form. Last year, HITW added more conditioning classes with Hyrox-specific training, and more recently, Engine classes with Coach Ash. My husband and I are even more hooked! We now show up consistently, have gained muscle mass, improved our enduran
