Two thumbs up goes to Valerie for being totally herself 👍👍 She was fast efficient and knowledgeable about what she was doing and she is just a beautiful person which made my personal experience that much better. I have never related to someone while doing my taxes until today😊 It's easy to schedule an appointment online and if you do so I highly recommend booking with Valerie. She made my entire day better with her energy and vibe! Real people still exist, and I had the pleasure of spending a little of my time with one today. "I am just myself" she says. 20+ years at H&R Block and that's the lesson I walked out with today!
