We recently completed a major renovation project on our 1920s bungalow that included a complete gut of the kitchen and dining room, a refurbishment of garage exterior, and several additional projects ranging from plumbing lines to fireplace refacing and exterior painting. The project required coordination of every major trade and sub-contractor, all of whom were seamlessly managed by our on-site project manager. We were kept informed of timelines and status at all times and, whenever possible, our project managers took on problems and repairs themselves. We felt very fortunate to have such a talented and conscientious team -- especially since we remained in the house throughout the 6-month project. A project can only be as good as the design itself; working with Sheila was an absolute pleasure. She is a gifted designer who puts tremendous thought and care into her recommendations. We are so thankful we found Homework Remodels to complete our project! Not only did they do an amazing job, they were a delight to work with. Sheila came up with some creative design ideas for making the most of our kitchen space as well as other areas. Her help was invaluable in selecting paint colors, tile, flooring, etc. Sheila and her team kept us informed throughout the process and worked with us all along the way.
