At least 5 times in the past I've been treated very unfairly by employees at garden department but everything changed it when I requested help from a lady name Clare She provided the greatest customer service at all times She was helpful polite respectful professional She went beyond and above Lowes should hire more employees like her.

Ok, I am not handy, but I do love plants. Lowe's always has lots of plants to look at, and I have many plants in my home that I revived from it's sad state on the clearance rack.

Came in today to return and item and the manager lady Cheyenne was just so plesant and kind to my son and I, i felt oblidged to let folks know that this stores staff really does just take care of you. It was very refreshing. I use this location to purchase all of my construction tools and materials and have all kobalt power tools which i love. Highly recommended.
