Kind, attentive to the needs of myself and my cat. Super clean, even provided cat treats, met people entering and they had huge smiles. The staff are exceptional, speaking to both myself and Sapphire my cat making sure we both felt comfortable and safe. Would definitely return for any needs or concerns...customer service is 10/10...everything was provided in paper and email format...I got business cards as well... Services Service not listed

Amber gave my pup the first grooming of his life and did an incredible job. The whole team was amazing. They seemed to sanitize the floors every few minutes and/or after a pet came in and moved throughout the space, which was really important to me. They followed up with an organized email containing future appointments that we scheduled. Can’t say enough great things.
