I made an account just to be able to express how great my experience at Clear Lake was. Even with their ER stuffed to the gills, the nurses were attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. They moved me to a separate room within a few hours and had made sure that I got fed, with the hospital food being a pleasant surprise. Most hospitals I have been to, the food isn't the greatest but both the taste and treatment from the order taker were top notch! I got visits throughout from both the doctors and a director who came with a snack basket and took tyme to explain to me about the food taking process - thank you for making Christmas time as bearable as it was for someone hurt!

I was thoroughly pleased with my short stay at the Clear Lake location. From the moment I checked into the ER until the moment I was discharged a couple of days later, the nurses and other staff members were very warm and welcoming, very attentive, comforting, reassuring and made sure I had everything I needed. I was nervous about having to have surgery on my hip, but they assured me that Dr. Shaw is an amazing surgeon and I would be in great hands.Thank you to everyone who assisted me in some way, especially the people listed below. I don't remember everyone's name, so please forgive me, but you were all beyond amazing! I definitely recommend HCA Houston Clear Lake to everyone! Just gave birth at HCA Clear Lake on 1/1/26, and the experience was a 20/10 for my husband and I. The nurses are all phenomenal in their care, knowledge, bedside manner, and willingness to go above and beyond for their patients. From Labor & Delivery to Postpartum, I felt truly cared for the entire time. These Postpartum nurses truly saved my husband and I as we are first time parents, and they were willing to show us anything and everything we asked about. One night our son was inconsolable, and Rebeca came in for over an hour to help us soothe him to sleep. Barbara was so helpful in teaching us tricks, and assuring us we are experiencing all of the normal first time parent feelings. Amber in Food & Delivery on the Labor & Delivery side is an angel. Everyday I looked forward to her coming into my room as she brings such joy and genuine warm in her presence. Brittany on the Labor & Delivery side was a lifesaver as I had to have an unplanned c-section, and her confidence made me feel at
