I came in today for a color consultation and a blowout and I had the best experience ever. I was greeted by Fabio, a warm cappuccino and robe. My consultation with Yexael was the most thorough consultation I’ve ever had. He really took his time with me to understand what I was looking for, what would be realistic based on my history and lifestyle, and I felt I could totally trust him. He gave me two different options to fit my budget with complete quote breakdowns and made sure I understood everything. For my blow dry, Simona first gave me a wash, then we went to the chair. The styling was so gorgeous. The volume and fluffiness was UNMATCHED. I don’t even recognize this head of hair! It feels so soft and light. Their collection of products is so high-quality and they smell amazing. It’s obvious these people are super knowledgeable about what they do. I’m definitely about to become a regular!! They were professional making sure they understood what I wanted before proceeding.
