Context: Needed last minute color touch up & blow out for event. I’m in the middle of a multi-step soft grey-blonde blending process, transitioning from a richer brown blonde ombré to a lighter cool blonde blend so my roots don’t have as much contrast when they grow out. The top line: their team did great & I would absolutely go back again. Booking: Their online booking was efficient & effective & they edged out the competition because I could just instantly book & didn’t have to wait for a call back or email or text back and forth. I was traveling & it was a life saver for a next day emergency appt. Just make sure you book for the appropriate block of time, even if you decide to change up services when you consult w/ stylist at beginning of session. As with any salon, ask for prices after initial consult but before stylist starts in on your hair to make sure you’re aligned.
