Mike and his team were excellent from the first call we had with them, all the way through installation. They provided very easy to understand explanations of how the system would work, and built out a design showing us how the panels would be placed on our roof to get maximum sun during the day. We even added a couple panels after the initial consultation and they quickly send over a revised plan. The install was super smooth, and the guys were great! Mike and his team handled everything, the inspections, the necessary steps with Xcel, all of it. Made everything so easy. We LOVE our solar panels, and couldn't be happier with Mike and his team. I want everyone to know about Go Green Electric and Solar! I know so many folks who have had bad or disappointing experiences converting their home to solar, and mine has been the opposite.Go Green was recommended to me by a friend when we moved to CO in 2021. I contacted the owner, Mike, and worked directly with him to get a quote. I got two other quotes (one from another local company and one from a nationwide company). One was way more expensive, and the other was just slightly cheaper for much less efficient/high-quality panels. So we chose Go Green.The number of panels, the placement of the panels, and the type of panel (and intermediate-cost, high-efficiency panel) have all been perfect! I wanted exactly the right number of panels, because we couldn't afford anything extra at the time, but I didn't want to keep paying Excel. The quantity was perfect! Every winter we'd get close to zeroing out our consumption and production, but we never went over net zero use with our consumption

I do not write reviews but I felt compelled to do so for Go Green. We are just thrilled with the experience of finally installing solar panels on our house. I extensively researched panels, inverters, and local solar installers. Part of my day job is to research and I put my engineering skills to work with learning about solar and everything associated with this process. I was looking for the best compromise of price and performance, along with the expertise and professionalism of the installer. Mike and the Go Green Electric and Solar team were everything that I was looking for. It's hard to find a contractor that does what they say they will, when they say they will, and for the price they initially quoted. And for a complex system like a solar installation and navigating the process and rebates with the City of Denver and with Xcel Energy, it's almost impossible to find a competent contractor, let alone an Excellent Contractor to work with.
