I highly recommend Heather from Globe Getaways. She recently planned a trip for my daughter and me to the U.K. and did a fantastic job. During our initial consultation, she really listened to what we wanted to do and built a custom itinerary around that.She managed to find us direct flights (which was a huge plus because I really dislike connections) and arranged all our transfers. The hotels she selected were amazing, very comfortable rooms and excellent food. One of them actually had the best buffet breakfast I have ever had, and I’ve traveled quite a bit!The itinerary was a perfect mix of wonderful tours and downtime for my daughter to enjoy some retail therapy. Heather’s service really shined when we hit a snag; we had a train delay between cities, and Heather handled it completely, securing us a full refund from the train company. She truly went above and beyond for us.I have never used a travel agent before this, and I know I will be calling her for any and all future trips.

100/10. Heather was truly wonderful to work with. I reached out way before I needed to and was unsure what I actually wanted and overall a little manic with everything but Heather answered all of my questions thoroughly and planned the trip of a lifetime.The process was seamless from beginning to end and Heather always made sure to reiterate that we could reach out to her if needed for anything. I cannot put into words how beautiful our trip was, we went to Germany and Switzerland for two weeks and wanted to be in places that were convenient for walking and public transportation and she made sure to get us in the best spots for both. She also set up two excursions for us that were absolutely fantastic!We look forward to working with Heather again for another fantastic experience!
