Logan Construction provided the best contracting work I have ever had on any of my homes. George Logan started by taking the time to do an extensive examination, after which he provided a free and very detailed estimate of the work to be done, and how long it would take. Throughout the whole project that followed, George and his workers maintained high standards in all work performed, stuck to the original estimate exactly, and remained cheerful and friendly throughout. The work that was done included: new torch-down rubber roof, complete repointing of brickwork on front of house, painting of trim, new front doorway, and complete rebuilding of old front steps. In the rear, the entire walls were stuccoed absolutely smooth, bad windows replaced, and all widows capped. Also new exterior plumbing stack and gutter. All work was pristine, completed on time and on budget, and all waste/debris promptly removed at no extra cost. Please see pictures.
