Fast work at a very reasonable price: fixed the failing system hard drive on my 15 year old computer with 24 hr turnaround. Very helpful. This guy has years of experience, so I felt comfortable bringing my older machine to him... something that a 20-something at "Big Box" probably wouldn't have as much experience with. Also, I feel better giving my money to a "regular joe" in my own community, rather than helping to pay for some corporate CEO to buy his next yacht.

I worked at a retail store, and we used Scott for many years for any of our computer problems. He always provided great service. I also used him for my home computer repair years ago. This time, I needed some more work done, and Scott was great as usual. Fixed it quickly, and the price was very good. I have a co-worker who has used his in-home service and she is very happy with him too.
