I expected the experience to be difficult; it wasn’t. The help I received was courteous, professional, and easy. Great selection of relatively modern furniture. Lots of white and grey leather options. Prices are very reasonable as well.Couldn't have asked for a better service. Edwin was incredibly helpful, courteous, and accommodating to our requests. We had to phone in and change orders, and they quickly took care of our request. We went in to purchase some more furnitures after the first lot, and they were kind enough to apply the same discounts. They were flexible with delivery dates and prices as well. 10/10 service, cannot recommend enough.Edit: Needed to return some items and Jenece promptly helped us out. 10/10 service all around.

I have been purchasing furniture from Modani from quite some years.Recently, I bought a batch of furniture from Modani.During its delivery, truck driver and I noted:1. few items are missing from the delivery2. couple furniture were damaged.3. one furniture has been covered with. dust and changed its color due to long time stored at warehouse.For these situations, Gary of Customer Service has helped me. Gary made the resolutions very smooth and effective. I am extremely satisfied with how he handle all my difficulties.Gary is very on top of things and liaised well with its delivery company and its internal teams.1. He quickly sorted out all the missing items and have the delivery company re-deliver to me. During the process, he constantly kept me in the loop.2. For the couple furniture that was damaged, he offered me partial refund. I am happy with this resolution.3. For the piece of furniture which is filled with dust and changed its color, he quickly requested a repair company to come

I recommend this place, when my family and I walked in, Hector receive us with a good sense of humor, he helped us with details of what we wore looking for. We bought a bunk bed, good price and a good cuality. Perfect for my two boys. When we received our bunk bed the delivery guys wore carefully brought it in and they build it for me with care. I had my eye set on a sofa style I’ve wanted for a while now so when I saw Modani offer it, I called in to get some clarification to see if it was a good fit. I was not expecting much help with how tough it is to get good customer service nowadays, but Harry answered the phone and was immediately personal, honest, and thorough. He made sure I knew about the needs for settling the couch into my space, sent pictures of it, and gave thorough time estimates so I could plan things accordingly.
