We had bought two sofas from Ethan Allen and one of the top cushions wasn’t quite right so I called Ethan Allen and they came out and replaced it and now it looks 100% better. I was very satisfied with their work. I will show you the before and the after photos

I appreciate the excellent communication I received from this service. The scheduling and follow up were excellent. Devin, the cabinet repairman, was a master at solving our problem (delivery techs had messed up our new Natuzzi console when they tried to assemble it). Devin figured it out and re-installed the drawer braces. Fantastic work.

Our service person was exceptional. He was friendly, got to the job quickly, explained and showed my husband exactly what he was using and doing, and solved the problem perfectly. Highly recommend! The company was also very easy to arrange and perfectly on time, reliable. The ugly smudge that came with the delivery was completely removed (sorry, I haven't taken the time to move things around to take an after photo - but there's no hint of it now). There's no hint it was ever there.
