My family has used Freeze for many years to clean couch cushions and upholstery and they have always done an amazing job getting those items back to new condition.I recently unboxed my mom's wedding dress (which my late grandmother handmade) to find it was not properly preserved. It had 40 years of age spots and was the dingiest yellow. I was HEARTBROKEN. Ms. Kamran at the Arkansas Fashion School recommended I bring it to Freeze to see what they could do to save it. I was hesitant to leave the dress at a cleaners, knowing it could easily be ruined and gone forever. When most people would write you off as "its just a dress, calm down," the lady at the front desk took time to tell me what they would try and eased all my stress with her kindness. She assured me it was in good hands and they would see what they could do.
