My best friend and I went for a massage and facial. It was our first time here and the lovely masseuses really worked out those knots and tension we had. I didnt even realize how much mobility i went without till i walked out after 2 hours. Truly amazed of how capable and attentive they treated us. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.

I’ve been going here regularly since before they moved to their new location in Central Mall & am happy with every visit. I always get deep tissue with the full hour on my back (which is where my pain & issues are) & have seen several different ladies that work there. They’ve all been great: Robyn, Sarah, Felissa, Helen (I may be forgetting some). A+ highly recommend. Prices are fantastic also (around $80 for an hour deep tissue + tip (or course).

I took my mom here for Mother's Day. I got her the hot stone massage, feet scrub and feet reflexology. The service lasted around 2 hours but time went by so fast! Birdy was the best!! She was super sweet and understanding. She made sure my mom was comfortable and relaxed, and addressed problem areas which I really appreciated. I'm definitely coming back! I highly recommend Birdy as your massage therapist, especially if it's your first time!

I've been going to Fort Smith Wellness for at least four years, even a few years before they moved to the mall. I almost always go to Sarah but all my experiences have been great. Sarah is very capable, knowledgable and just a nice person. I've been getting the deep tissue from Sarah on a monthly basis (or at least I try to do it this often) and I feel like I've been getting healthier over the years. And if you happen to be stressed out then the massage is that much more of a bonus. I'm grateful for the reasonable prices so that I'm able to get the massages consistently. My husband also goes from time to time and returns much more comfortable and relaxed. Thanks!
