Very impressed! Called today and had service today! We called about getting an estimate for replacing an old unit, and not only did we get a really great estimate that feels less daunting that expected, they even fixed up the current unit so it would work until a replacement can occur... And that was before even receiving an estimate or hiring for the job. Very solid and easy to talk to. The emphasized multiple times that if an emergency arose, they'd shift jobs to get to us faster if needed. Local and veteran owned, which my WWII grandfather would definitely approve of. Really happy with this experience. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good about our experience with Kraig and Premier! Our furnace finally gave up the ghost over the weekend, and I'm SOOOO glad that I thought to have him give us an estimate on replacing it before going ahead with the estimate I got from the other large company we've used in the past (I won't say which company it is... but let's just say that it seems they were trying to upsell us pretty significantly after getting Premier's estimate!). Not only did Kraig set us up with better overall equipment when it was all said and done, but - get this - the final price for it all ended up being about (!!!) 40% (!!!) of what the larger company was going to charge us overall... AND Kraig was honest enough to tell us which parts of the estimate that we had gotten from the larger company were unnecessary and didn't even need to be done for a house our size (something that I had no way of gauging on my own, since my wife and I know nothing about HVAC). I loved that they send a text the day of service with a picture and the name of your technician so that you know who to expect at your door.
