Cobie the young man that came to service the house did an amazing job at explaining what he was doing and was very detailed. He has been our primary technician, and we truly can’t say enough good things about him. Billy is always professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers any questions we have, and genuinely cares about making sure our home is taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and that makes a huge difference. My family and I feel comfortable and confident knowing Billy is the one servicing our home. Fortera is lucky to have him, and he’s the reason we continue to choose this company. Highly recommend Forterra, and especially Billy!
