What do you do when half a dozen HVAC guys can’t diagnose the root cause of an HVAC problem, double the price of repairs, insist on unnecessary HVAC replacements and/or repair a part and then ask for $1500 more to return and troubleshoot why their repair isn’t working? Call Bill!! He’s been an absolute lifesaver this summer. He knows how to diagnose and simplify a problem, troubleshoot one step at a time, and take a moment to understand whatever underlying complexities are causing a system not to work.
