My son and I are working out here. The owner and staff are just the nicest people. Grateful rates. The gym reminds me of what gyms should be, a place to get sweaty, work hard and not be self conscious. Best gym in Van Buren but also worth the drive for anyone outside of town.

One of the best gyms ive been too. I travel across four states for work and needing to find a good gym without having a million memberships is somewhat difficult at times. This gym has been a blessing to me because their day pass is extremely reasonable for what they have to offer.
