My first time there was Monday 5/6 and the staff was exceptional! They were so nice, understanding of a patients issue. I had the feeling that I was among friends instead of a dental office.I am SO glad that I found this dental office and I think anyone that reads my message and goes there will think the same way.I was just able to get my procedure done on December the 11th and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I cannot say enough great things about this place! My son had an emergency and they not only got us in the next day, they repaired it SAME DAY! I had no idea during our visit, but we had the distinct pleasure of being seen by Dr. Fiser and his lovely wife, Hannah. Hannah kept us informed every step of the way and educated us on what to expect! The chemistry of the entire office was outstanding! It was a very busy day, but the staff was professional and upbeat! One of the hygienists even took the time out to stop and speak to us during our wait. It is just awesome to know that I found the perfect dentist on the FIRST TRY. I was able to get an emergency appt for a broken front tooth early Monday morning and of course the entire staff were polite and professional. I came to my first appointment expecting to be shamed accordingly, but my hygienist Becky was so gentle and encouraging! Dr Fiser was also very kind and attentive to my situation. I don’t have dental insurance coverage, another reason for putting off coming in, but this practice offers a wonderful, affordable maintenance program that I am now enrolled in. Dr. Fiser was very professional and answered questions to the point.He doesnt try to sell up or make you do unnenessary services.He was willing to do procedures with numbing injections for my 5 years old and not trying to sedate or put crowns on every single baby tooth like River Valley Pediatrics dentistry. He didnt even ask us if we preferried to be put to sleep or using laughing gas. He just went ahead with numbing. And this is how it is supposed to be!!I'm feel lucky to be able to find him. He was the 3rd dentist I went to and I will definitely stay and bring my whole family here. I did take my mom here and she was happy that he fixed tooth well!The staff was nice, kind and helpful.
