They noticed a large scratch on one of the chairs, pointed it out to me right away, and even called the store to check on a replacement. Malik personally checked the replacement chair for scratches before it was sent out.The replacement chair was delivered the very next day—even though we live an hour away. Helped me find what I really wanted.They held it at their warehouse while I got my back patio in order, delivery an assembly was super smooth.
