David was an amazing technician from EVEREST TOWER Appliance Repair. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about our dishwasher. He explained all that we were doing incorrectly, which was a lot! He was patient and so clear in his instructions. We only paid a nominal service charge as there was nothing wrong with our machine. We were just loading it incorrectly and using the wrong type of detergent. Thank you David for your service and excellent guidance.
