We switched over to Elevate Technology as our VoiP Provider back in June. Since switching over, Nicole Miller and team, have been nothing short of a dream come true to work with. They have met every standard and expectation I had for them. Which is no small feat. As the IT Manager for a utility company, I had high expectations. We now have phones that work as they should, an IT Support team that is knowledgeable and responsive to any and all questions or concerns I had. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Nicole, and team. You've made my job easier.
