Juan's customer service was great! He took time to listen to my concerns and offer me viable solutions. I can't rate him with 5 stars until I receive my next bill. Then I can confirm all the things offered to me are exactly what I receive. If the new rate is exactly what he quoted me over the telephone and I get the free thermostat with professional installation, I will then change my trading to 5 stars.

I had the pleasure of speaking with agent Joseph and he was able to help me get my plan switched to my husband's name on the 55+ plan. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in detail where I could understand. Thank you so much Joseph (birthday twin) it was an absolute pleasure speaking with you today. Gexa give this gentleman a raise and free coffee for life ❤️

David spent a lot of time providing the most excellent customer service one could ever expect to receive. He was truly kind, informative, reviewed information to make sure I understood everything. We learned about each other's culture and shared bilingual conversation, which I found very connective. In the end, I was locked into the lowest rate I have seen anywhere, after hours of research and multiple phone calls, with no gotchas in the mix (9.3 cents per kwh for usage of 1000 to 1999 kwh - includes Centerpoint pass through charges). I am truly grateful to David and Gexa energy. 💯💝☮️👍🫂
