We had a neighbor's tree limb that fell which hit the power line running to our house. This caused the weatherhead to come loose from the fuse box. Stewart Electric was out immediately with a quote and had the repair completed by the next day. Lucas sent two amazing electricians (Brett and Elijah) to my home on August 12th to help me with a problem with a ceiling fan. This was a new fan but the two electricians that came the week before did not take care of my problem. I had a perfectly good Hunter fan but when on high it swayed ... wouldn't have fallen or hurt anyone ... I just didn't like it that way. I purchased another Hunter fan and two electricians came and I explained there was nothing wrong with the fan except for the swaying when on high. Those electricians didn't try to tighten anything, check the electrical box ... just took down the Hunter Fan I had for over 30 years and replaced it with the new ones. I didn't think about turning the fan on before they left. They took the packing box and the balancing kit with them. Right after they left ... I turned on the fan and the swaying was more aggressive and swaying on all three settings (Low/Medium/High). I called the electrician and he said, 'well that happens!
