I wanna make this clear. I do not choose to use this place, but my company choose to use this place. So honestly, the service is actually not really bad. It’s just kinda hard getting a hold of your technician. They’ll remote into your computer and actually do their IT stuff. But in this instant, I had to drive there to pick up a computer for a coworker so their Google maps says they’re on the first floor, but they’re actually on the second floor when you get there you agreed to buy a receptionist and you’re not allowed to go inside yeah she’s sitting in her little small lobby area and a technician will come.
