Such an easy process! They people who pickup/drop off are so nice and communicative. I love the little duffle bag they give you! 10/10 highly recommend! 100% worth it!

Used Rinse for the first time this week and let me tell you: first class customer care all the way. I’m a germaphobe so I was little worried about having my clean clothes come back in the same bag they left in, but they separate them and bag them so they stay nice and clean! Clean clothes, beyond courteous people, little plastic bags to protect your stuff! Worth every cent.
