Everyone communicates clearly, they confirm everything in writing via email promptly, and they were all very kind and helpful. And the star of the experience - driving instructor Emmanuel! Just listen to him carefully and you're not going to only pass the road test but become a great and safe driver! Working with Hassan as a driving instructor couldn’t be more helpful — he was attentive to every single one of my driving habits, helping me each time I made a mistake and making sure I was driving exactly how I should on the road test. So glad I chose this driving school. The 5 lesson package was affordable and the perfect amount of lessons for me. The office/Jessica answered all my questions, were quick with confirming my lessons, flexible and responsive when I needed to make changes. Shout out to Hassan! I'm a lucky guy, I found US ONE driving school。Their team is really THE ONE。Thanks to Jessica for helping me with the reservation 、The process is faster than imagine 。Many thanks to Instructor Richard, His professionalism and friendliness gave me confidence 。Even though my English is not good, I understood his training clearly，I learned a lot。Only took a week, and now, I am sitting at home happily waiting for my driver's license to be mailed. I had Ozhan as one of my instructors and he was awesome. It was my first time driving in NYC and he made it a completely stress-free environment. His tips were extremely helpful, and I adapted to them almost instantly. I was beyond prepared once the test came--highly reccomend! I also had Hassan as one of my instructors in the city. He gave me great tips on how to be more cautious when I drive. Although he called me out on all my mistakes, I appreciated them because they helped me improve. He most definitely prepared me for the road test. Highly recommend as well.

I passed on my FIRST TRY. I bought the all-inclusive 20 hour package and did lessons every day except for the weekends. I worked with Richard, then Adrian, then Hassan (at the time, I didn’t have a preference) and each of these instructors were great. Richard has helpful catchy phrases like “gear, then steer” and Adrian helped me tremendously with parallel parking. When most of my lessons with Richard got canceled due to an unprecedented emergency, Jessica immediately stepped in and rescheduled all of them for the same time, same place. She is amazing at what she does. I then had the majority of my lessons with Hassan and when I tell you his kindness, patience, and explanations were unmatched! He had repeated the same feedback to me over and over and over again until I finally got it. (Well actually I got five points off on the test for a short turn … but those were all the points I got off LOL). Jessica at US ONE Driving School is so calm, kind, understanding and patient. She answered all my million questions with patience and handled everything. I had a few different instructors and they were all very good but I had most lessons with Hassan. He was very patient, calm and understanding of my worries. I'm so glad that i got him as my instructor. He is such a good teacher. I can't recommend him and this driving school enough.

Rem FACTS

My permit expired in less than 10 days on my birthday. In 7 days I would be leaving New York State. i I had one week to pass my road test. So far since I've had this permit I have driven less than 1 hour. After praying, I call US ONE Driving School! Right away Amina went to work! Shortly she called me back... The Friday before my trip she had a road appointment open for me! To top it off, she was going to give me her top instructor super teacher Hassan! 7:00 a.m. we met at 13th and 8th Avenue. We drove to Queens with some great conversations and great instructions filled with spiritual motivation. After 1 hour of great and excellent driver instructor teachings, I took my road test. All of my driving errors Hassan spoke about and pointed out helped me to correct my faults and bad driving habits to a level where I was able to pass my driving test.
