My son is on the autism spectrum and we chose to have him take the driving class at Thompsons. This was definitely the right decision. The class was excellent, covering all areas of driving techniques, driving laws and safety. The best part was the instructor, Robert. He was knowledgeable, helpful, funny and a great teacher. Thompson was well worth the time and the money. I highly recommend them for those parents who want their teenagers to be well-trained, safety-conscious and prepared. Thank you!

Thompson's did a fantastic job of preparing our teenager to drive. The course was informative and prepared her for the written portion of the test. The in-car lessons were key to building her confidence and reinforcing the reminders she didn't want to hear from her parents over and over again. The staff is responsive and friendly and Brock was super helpful in getting some questions answered for our insurance company. Highly recommend!

Thompson driving school was truly the class I needed to learn about driving and the road life. It is quite hard to study for such things alone but going in this class really helped me. I recommend Thompson driving if you or anyone you know is struggling with studying for upcoming written tests etc.

Excellent in every way!! The owner and staff at Thompson went above and beyond for my son. He took the class for the written test which was excellent. Because of a medical condition, he had to use a left-foot accelerator. Brock Thompson worked with us extensively to make sure he was able to have individualized driving instruction. I did a Thompson Commercial driving class in the 90’s. I learned a lot and decided to put both my kids through the class once they reached driving age. My daughter has been a great driver the last 5 years and my son takes his driving test tomorrow. He did Thompson’s class back in July. But I believe these classes have helped both my children to understand the rules of the road a lot better. Also helped them realize controlling a vehicle is a big responsibility. Not to mention the completion certificate gives you a discounted rate on the car insurance for your youngster. It’s not a huge discount, but it’s something. My opinion the class is very beneficial for new drivers and they will teach the children things the parents don’t even think about.ServicesTeen classes

Mr. Robert Bennett did a great job instructing the Defensive Driving Course. I was worried that I might fall asleep during the course, but it was so well taught and engaging that it I couldn’t even think about being tired. The course is a great opportunity, if given, to lessen the blow of a traffic ticket. If you are taking the class, I would recommend take it in person instead of virtual. Additionally, I was able to register for the course the same day being in-person, I believe it is not that way if you are looking to take the course virtually. The driving course was very informative. I was informed of different signs and laws that I was not informed on when taking my actual drivers test lol. I had a hiccup in my registration process but Brock Thompson was super understanding and helpful. My instructor was Mr. Robert, he was very lively and kept the members engaged and was always answering questions that the course members had. So thankful that this is offered!
