She helped us replicate an existing band I had, which we added to my existing wedding band. They also resized my band. The staff went above and beyond for us to help us not only repair our jewelry but help us with new jewelery. We consider them our wonderful friends! They made it so much fun with each visit so joyful as well. They invited us to a holiday party put on each year at the Diamond Center... with drawings and we ended up winning one of the raffles. My fiancé and I had the most wonderful experience shopping for my wedding band with Shasta at Diamond Center, Fort Smith. My engagement ring is a unique shape and we were on a time crunch with our big day quickly approaching. Shasta did not hesitate to do everything possible to get us the perfect ring. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and down to earth! We didn't feel pressured or rushed like we had experienced at other jewelry stores. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The selection is beautiful and the quality is amazing. They really do have some of the best prices in town, as my fiance and I looked at multiple places. Their diamonds are just so, so pretty! I brought my ring to get resized (they offer a complementary resizing after buying) and it was super fast- only a week!We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would absolutely recommend the Diamond Center to anyone looking for a special piece or a stress-free buying experience!
