After experiencing an emergency with a loved one, Jose was incredibly helpful with coordinating and expediting an X-ray in the home. He came within a few hours of calling, advised on process and ensured all was done efficiently. He communicated with me every step and assisted my grandmother in transfer to a chosen hospital, linked us with an amazing on call physician, and followed up on status. He expedited results of the X-ray and ensured all documentation was completed timely. I honestly feel like he saved us today. As a nurse, I can speak to his level of professionalism as well as high standard of care. Thank you Jose! You rock!

Jose and his mobile X-ray service were exactly what my mom needed. She was homebound, recovering from surgery that left her with paralysis, when her ankle was injured. Neither the VNA nurse, nor her PCP, could figure out who to refer us to for a homebound X-ray. I found Jose’s service online and gave him a call. He answered right away, was wonderful to coordinate with. He arrived in less than 2 hours! We had the results back the same evening. His care was compassionate and professional. We really couldn’t have asked for a better provider! We will be passing along his info to our doctors/ nurses who had no idea who to refer to and any friends who need it. Excellent experience! Jose is the best! I broke my tibia, was unable to walk or put any pressure on my foot. My orthopedist ordered X-rays each a month apart, Jose actually came to the house for both. What a relief because I could not get out! He is flexible with appointments, also arriving in the early evening if needed. Jose is not only professional but packs an awesome personality. I admired his kindness, the respect he showed me and his ability to make me feel at ease. Kudos to you my friend—you were a bright light during a dark period, and I thank you❤️
