Had such a great experience at Lush! Huge thank you to Brinja, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to help us pick the products I needed, explained how to use them, and also introduced me to some new ones I hadn’t tried before. I really appreciated her recommendations and the samples she sent to me to test at home. Amazing customer service — made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

I came in just to look around but Hannah was so nice! She offered to use the massage bars on me, we had such a nice conversation and it was so relaxing. She was so good with my niece and she had such a great time, playing with the bath bomb. I ended up buying coconut drench and soft coeur! She even gave me a tour around the spa which I had no idea they had which I'll definitely be booking soon! Hannah's customer service was 10/10, she's so good with kids🥰

I had my first Lush spa treatment today with Becca. She was absolutely lovely, made me feel at ease, she was a great mix of personable with professional. The spa area is very pretty and calm, there is a well stocked bathroom for before and after your treatment, and after I was given a cup of tea with oat milk and some biscuits. I chose the good hour treatment, and as someone with fibromyalgia, I was both excited and nervous as it is a deep tissue massage. However, they tailored it to me, avoiding my pain points/lessening pressure in those areas, and targeting the areas that I chose. There was also a choice of more calming music vs a more energetic mix, I went with the calmer one, and it was a nice mix of sea shanties and seaside-esque ambient sounds. The room was lovely and dim, and the bed was heated. I could choose one of 6 massage bars, and I chose magik (my favourite). I also loved the use of the cold jelly discs to soothe the targeted areas after working a knot out. Becca checke
