I work in the hospitality industry, so my suits take a beating! When I arrived with two suits, I felt were beyond repair, the employees working the front desk inquired to what the stains were from…to be honest, it could’ve been wine, ketchup, oil, etc. They marked them up and said they would clean them 2-3 times in an effort to remove what was there. When I arrived a week later, they remember my suits, and commented they were able to get them almost brand new! To my surprise, when I arrived home, they had delivered on their promise. I am an Imperial Cleaners customer for life!

Not only do they run courteous and professional business, but as individuals, they are incredibly kind, accommodating, and always willing to go above and beyond. My wife and Inhave been taking our clothes, for cleaning and tailoring, to Imperial Cleaners for over 12 years, and have always received great service with no issues.

I would give them a 6/5 if I could. They are so friendly, well-priced and provide excellent service. I took a vibrantly white soccer jersey, with celebratory black guinness stains in 5+ spots & they got them all out. The kit looks brand new. #1 store in the gold coast
