They troubleshooted and the problem wasn't solved with a remote session so I was scheduled for a tech visit. Later that day, I received a call from Tony, who had helped me remotely, and he had another idea. It worked! I love that he didn't just pass me off to the service department and forget about me, he continued to think about the problem and while at lunch he had an idea and it was the solution I needed. Datamax treats every customer like they are the best customer and that is why my business is a Raving Fan!

Fantastic Customer Service! We had a printer issue and I called it in. I expected the tech the next day, but he showed up just after lunch. He was very attentive listening to the issue and got to work immediately. He fixed the issue in about 45 minutes and actually took the time to draw up instructions on a sheet of paper if something similar happened again. TOP NOTCH SERVICE! Very polite and thoughtful.
