Juli was kind, attentive, and took time to discuss my skincare concerns with thoughtful suggestions. Her touch was perfect, and she made me feel completely at ease. I especially appreciated her deep knowledge of products Tulum offers and her techniques. I left feeling refreshed and more informed about caring for my skin. I’ll definitely be back!

Calm, beautiful, and so thoughtfully designed that it instantly relaxes you. It truly represents the brand to a T. I started with the complimentary salt room (my first time ever!) and WOW such a rejuvenating experience. Not only did I feel refreshed, but I could literally feel the difference in my lungs and skin. Such a special touch that sets this spa apart! Next was my massage with Sandra, and I cannot rave about her enough. From the beginning, she took the time to ask thoughtful questions to tailor the session to my needs. The massage itself was an absolute 10/10, but what really stood out was how she shared knowledge about my body and muscles along the way.
