Can I just say wow! From the moment I called asking to if they were able to clean my wedding dress, and preserve it to the very end of the service they have given nothing but kind and amazing service. Over the phone, they have been so sweet. I had told them my gown may be quite a project because the petticoat is not removable, and it’s quite a large dress. However, they reassured me that they will come pick it up, evaluate and get back to me if it is possible. The schedule pick up date was easy, and they got back to me the same day with a quote.
