Can’t brag enough about this place or the Excellent Customer service experience we received from Mr James (store Manager) We purchased 4 twin beds for my grand blessings and one dresser and mirror. Great prices, quality furniture and did I mention the stellar service 😊 I will refer all my family and friends who live anywhere near the Hot Springs location, to make their purchases there. In fact, I made the first purchase in house while there from Alabama, and called back in to make the additional purchases. (That’s saying a lot) in a day where customer service is hit or miss, I’m so thankful that there are some organizations that still care.

I love this place. Has the highest quality and name brands in the country at undoubtably the lowest prices. It's a hot warehouse, dress cool and enjoy the free ice water.I moved out of Little Rock to a big city and still will drive back and buy furniture because the price and quality can't be beat.I had a problem with one of my sofas where the motor quit and the company gave me the runaround and the local furniture place ignored me, but when I called cost plus, they immediately helped me and ordered all the parts I needed even though I was out of state.No other place to shop as far as I can tell.
