I couldn't recommend this place enough. I went in for a full exam of my teeth. The appointment process was super smooth, the staff was very nice and professional, and the facility spotless. I went through the x-ray process, all very professional, and Dr Pema came to give me an assessment of the results. He was very personable, and gave me thorough, concise explanations, which gave me a clear view of what I needed to do next. But the most amazing thing is, it turned out I had made a mistake and was not supposed to pick Toluca Dental Care as my dental care provider, as they were not part of my HMO network plan. Yet, Dr Pema, even after realizing this, still gave me a full assessment of my teeth and did not charge me for it! I was so appreciative of the gesture. The sad part is, I found a great physician I liked but can't go to now. The good part is, I highly recommend him if he is in your plan's network!

I haven’t been to the dentist in 18 years and I was scared to death. I actually had asked if I could be put to sleep but unfortunately, they said that they don’t do that. I made the appointment anyway and I’m so glad that I did everybody there is absolutely incredible. They’re friendly their knowledgeable they made me feel calm. I did not need to be put to sleep at all my teeth look amazing. We have a plan and I’m excited to see what my smile is going to look like when we are all done. I highly recommend them. They were recommended to me. I cannot say enough good things about them.

In my opinion, the best way to find a professional who does a technical job is based on referral. My previous dentist retired and a friend who I respect referred me to Dr. Pema. He is taken care of my teeth for over a year now and is really good at what he does and has “great chair side manner“. My mother who is in her late 80s requires a gentle presence and touch. I was so impressed with Dr. Pema that I have taken my mother to him now and he has continued to be amazing with her. If you’re looking for a great dentist, clean office, great hygienist, this is definitely the right place.
