I personally have not had the pleasure of availing their services, however, I was a guest at a wedding reception held at Knowlton Mansion catered by Conroy Catering and I can tell you that it was absolutely flawless from the decorating to the food to the staff, everything was done with the utmost care and professionalism. The entire staff was engaging and friendly.

We held our wedding at Knowlton Mansion in March 2022 and I simply cannot say enough good things about the Conroy team. Throughout all of the months leading up to the big day, everyone was very communicative and detailed so I truly was not stressed at all. The service on our wedding day was incredible and I know they were working hard behind the scenes so I truly did not have to worry about a thing... and not to mention the FOOD - phenomenal!! Highly recommend doing the food stations and make sure you get the short ribs - so good! We also did the deluxe dessert display and everything was so delicious! we enjoyed the leftovers with mimosas the next day as we opened our cards.

Conroy Catering was awesome to work with for our November 2025 wedding at Bridgemen's Ballroom! Their team was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process, and the event went off without a hitch. In particular, the food was delicious and the event space was beautiful and accessible for all of our guests. Having both indoor and outdoor spaces worked so well for our family-oriented wedding.
