Very nice gym, super small but I enjoyed it a lot. I do wish there were more leg machines and a bigger cardio area! The front desk receptionist Arielle was very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be coming again!

Visited Houston for an event and decided to checkout Compound gym. This was gym was absolutely amazing. Top notch equipment with very attentive staff. The gym was easily one of the cleanest facilities I have trained and I highly recommend!
