They have a great space. I had a sound healing class in their space on Saturday and I look forward to hosting a class there again in the future. Most of people who attended enjoyed the space and wanted information on the next session. I will love to come back and work with CoFitness again. They also have other options for personal trainers. There’s another floor with weights and another for cardio classes. They have bathrooms with shower which is always a huge plus. The energy 10/10.
