Absolute best cleaning I have received in Miami, and I’ve been through A LOT of cleaners. Most cleaners are overpriced and their work does not reflect the prices I pay. I’ve had a lot of lazy jobs done with past cleaners in other companies, some didn’t even know how to vacuum. It made me furious. But then I discovered Cleany, and my home/ life is forever changed. She did SUCH an amazing job and was a perfectionist and thorough. I could literally lick the floor it’s so clean. UPDATE: The company reached out and offered a complimentary cleaning after my initial review. Their customer service was excellent and very professional. I appreciate their willingness to make things right, and they certainly did. I was happy with this cleaning. I think everyone deserves a second chance and am impressed with how they handled this. I have updated this review to 5 stars due to the professionalism and care they took in their response. I paid over $600 to have my 3 bedroom apartment deep cleaned. At first appearance I was happy with the cleaning, but upon closer inspection I am finding many things missed. Many of my tables/ consoles were not dusted or wiped down and the big rug in one of my rooms wasn’t even vacuumed. Baseboards were not cleaned at all. Overall, the two cleaners were very nice and they did a good job with some things, but with so many things being missed it absolutely was not worth as much as I paid. Cris was an AMAZING cleaner. She left our place spotless. Cris got all the areas that other cleaners we've used in the past tend to miss. A thorough cleaning indeed!
