I've enjoyed this gym for many years, and they continue to make improvements and modernize the equipment. I've also noticed that the staff goes out of their way to be kind and welcoming especially the last year or so. David in the office is great and has said hello and introduced other staff members. It makes a big difference in an environment that can be a little impersonal by nature. Glad to have a local business in the area. Only thing I wish they were open later on weekends.

I just signed up here after much consideration of choosing between CF and other gyms and selected the option to have access to all locations.. I didn’t know which location to try first and decided on the South Street location and am SO HAPPY that I did. Coming from not only customer service but from the gym world myself, Ty offered top tier service from the second I walked in. Hands down the best service I’ve seen from a gym associate in a long time. His personality, hospitality and professionalism are all 10/10. Great hire, CF!
