Spacious and clean facility. Not my home location so reorienting myself/navigating where everything was took a second! That may have also been why I couldn’t find a Pilates ball and some other equipment in the functional turf area but that’s not enough to knock off a star.

I absolutely love this gym. I wish the pool had more shade but everything else is incredible. I appreciate the group fitness classes. Bailey, Kelly, Amanda, and Molly are lovely instructors. Additionally, the front desk team is always so welcoming. I love the seasonal decorations. Super cute.

The classes at CF are outstanding! The equipment is top-of-the-line, and everything feels modern and well-maintained. I especially love the convenient protein shake and smoothie bar — the shakes look absolutely delicious and are perfect after a great workout. The gym also has the ideal amount of equipment, so you never feel overcrowded but still have everything you need. Highly recommend! Like all gyms, this place gets very busy during after work hours. I have not seen how busy it is in the morning!
