We are coming up on a year at Bright Horizons. Our kids have been in 3 different rooms. Every teacher has been amazing! The entire staff treats us like we are family. The center is clean, everyone is professional and friendly. It's really great to see how serious they have been in response to Covid protocols as well. Communication is really important to us. The daily progress reports are very detailed and they send out email communication too. Our kids are learning so much, there is such a diverse learning curriculum. Our daughter has a food allergy to which they have been so understanding and make sure that there isn't any sort of cross contamination during meal times. That alone speaks volumes as I am a mom that worries! I can't say enough, we love this daycare and would recommend it (and have) to others! The staff is friendly and amazing with our daughter. I love that they have a curriculum and learning milestones for each age group, even the infants. The staff really go above and beyond with the care for the kids; they are invested in their successes and foster a very welcoming and fun environment. I would recommend the downtown Phoenix location of Bright Horizons to anyone looking for a school for their young children.

Me and my family are so blessed to have discovered this place. Every one has been so nice and welcoming. All 3 of my children have asked to stay a little longer each day, since the first day they started. The entire staff are more like extended family and offer so much support. The facility is so clean and well maintained. If you’re looking for a safe space for your child to spend their days, this would be a great recommendation.

My son has been enrolled at Bright Horizons Downtown Phoenix since 2021. This is an amazing daycare facility with very caring and capable educators. Jennifer, Jennifer, Marissa, Bailey, Dolores, and Sandra treat our son like family, and we can't thank them enough for the many ways they've supported and nurtured our child. We are very excited to enroll our youngest child in the infant room next month. Also, a note to my fellow working parents, the operating hours are excellent. This facility is extremely accommodating of a working parent's schedule. The center also offers breakfast, lunch, and snacks. And they don't take extended "holiday breaks" like many other daycares do. I truly have no complaints, this school has been perfect for us.

We had a great experience at Bright Horizons. My son has spent a year in the 2's room and I can't say enough good things about Ms. Karla. She is such a good teacher. They communicate everything with an app. The schedule is really flexible for working parents.

My children have been attending Bright Horizons for 3 years and we very pleased with the education and care that they have received. My children adore their teachers and I genuinely feel that the staff really care for my children too. The staff is kind and welcoming; the directors and assistant directors are attentive and open to your concerns and feedback. Any issues that have come up, the directors and teachers have worked with my husband and I to address them and resolve them. I appreciate that they take concerns seriously and take parent communication seriously. We have really happy with our experience and can absolutely recommend this facility to others without reservation.
